During my flight to Vancouver, I peed so many times that the flight attendant asked me if I got on the airplane just so I could go pee. Nice!!! I am going to tell you something....no matter what my trainer says...YOU'RE BODY NEVER GET'S USED TO 4 LITRES OF WATER PER DAY......NEVA!!!
